This week Roxy Lo Partner & and Chief Designer at IBIS Cycles jumped on with us to share her journey from San Fran dot.com bust to Hong Kong to Santa Cruz.. From knowing nothing about bikes to designing for Light & Motion and Camelbak to becoming part of the team that rebuilt IBIS into the iconic brand it is today. She shared great insights into what goes into designing a bike, the culture at IBIS, bringing manufacturing back to the US, why she has an all women's design team and why it's so important to give back.
