This week Robyn and James are joined by ultra-cyclist Leigh Timmis, the fastest man across Europe, pedalling 6,330km from Cabo do Roca in Portugal to Ufa, Russia in just 16 days, 10 hours and 45 minutes. Leigh also held the record for the furthest distance cycled in seven days - 3,589km - and has also ridden around the world. Only that one took a bit longer than usual - about seven years.

Our chat with Leigh begins at 6.12

Leigh Timmis has just released his first book, The Race of Truth (Summersdale), a candid account of sacrifice, inner battles and superhuman efforts as he made his record breaking ride.
