In the quickest version of the IVF process in history, it's already time to harvest Kate's eggs, but only after a chat with her inner child(ren). We also get to see Jack give a flash of that steely resolve we've grown to admire as he manages to take care of his mother AND make Rebecca forget about what's-his-name IN THE SAME SCENE. I might have been wrong about Milo's chances of winning an Emmy for playing Jack Pearson. This season might prove me happily wrong on that prediction.
