This episode focuses on a particular kind of emotional clutter. So often people feel bad about the things they struggle with. I don't mean bad about the struggle per se. I mean they feel bad about the *type* of situation they are struggling with. I'm talking about shame. It's born from a tendency we all have, and that is to compare our lives to others.
