Chefs Rich Landau & Kate Jacoby of Vedge fame drop in to the studio to talk about their newest restaurant, Ground Provisions, and why it’s worth a trip out to West Chester, where this energetic upstart is a chance for Rich and Kate to really get back to cooking the way that they started with small, intimate gatherings serving perfectly in-season vegetable dishes.
