And every day he’s dedicated to making his non-profit a strong beacon for equality despite the challenges. And the challenges are numerous! Managing community organizations is far more demanding than it appears. Nonprofits confront unique obstacles and complexities within their sector, including extensive work to stay compliant with government regulations as well as keeping people engaged with the cause.
