About Joe Feest
Joe has been paid to lead and manage people since he was 17 years old and has been the designated trainer wherever he has worked. People told him he was helpful in those roles and that led to him managing restaurants for 15 years, serving as a manager in the human services field for 8 years, presenting seminars for 22 years, and serving in pastoral roles as an ordained minister. Simply put, Joe helps people and organizations accomplish results.

As a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), his passion is engaging and connecting with people while meeting the needs of organizations in a rapidly changing world. Joe has delivered more than 2,500 seminars designed to develop Emotional Intelligence for those in a wide array of roles. Joe has led and facilitated Strategic Planning for more than 30 years. He also has assisted in the growth of dozens of individuals as a Mentor, Career and Life Coach. He enjoys public speaking—churches, school assemblies, keynote speeches, and high-school commencements. Has served on multiple Board of Directors for various nonprofit organizations and have served as the President of the Board for two of those organizations. Finally, he is very proud of his wife, Beth, who not only is an Advanced Placement High School History Teacher… she was also a contestant on the TV show “Jeopardy!”
