For as long as she can remember, Stephanie has had a deep curiosity and appreciation for the complexities and grey spaces of the human experience. As such, her vocational pull is deeply rooted in the healing arts.

Putting her master’s degree in Counseling to good use, Stephanie spent over 15 years offering Mental Health support in community, university, and school settings. For nearly 8 years she traveled the world and used her skillset to support the social emotional needs of adolescents in international schools in Kuwait and China before redirecting her professional and energetic gifts, and embarking on her entrepreneurial journey as a Holistic Life Coach. Stephanie combines trauma-informed Psychology with ancient wisdom and spirituality to support the client’s journey and create spaces where everyone is invited to lean into their own truth, bear witness to the truth of others, and harness collective wisdom.
