"Welcome to the very first episode of 'Digital Doctor Rayasam: Empowering Wellness through Tech'. I'm your host, Sridhar Rayasam, a tech veteran, entrepreneur, and a Gallup coach. My mission is to help health and wellness professionals like you amplify their impact, scale their services, and systematize their marketing and sales using simplified tech and proven strategies. But today, we're not going to dive into marketing or tech. Instead, we're going to focus on something equally essential: mindset.
First and foremost, I invite you to ask yourself this critical question: 'Why am I doing what I'm doing in my profession, and who cares?' If you and I can't find a purpose in our work—something we love and that creates value for others—we'll struggle to be successful. This is a known fact, an open secret to success. So reflect on this, set it right, and revisit it often.
The second thing to consider is this: 'What service would I continue to provide every day, whether I'm paid or not, whether it rains or shines?' There's a quote in Sanskrit—Nana Janasya Sushrossha—that means we should serve different life forms as a fundamental duty. Understanding and embracing this concept sets you apart from 99% of people who haven't grasped this yet.
The third point is about talent and skills. You can't develop productive skills in areas where you have no talent. Your ROI is greater if you develop your talents into strengths. But business often demands talents that you may lack. The only way to compensate for this is through interdependence—working with others to achieve your goals.
So, with these three points in mind, I encourage you to reflect honestly and determine how you can incorporate these actions into your daily routine. If you do, you'll become unstoppable in your business.
That's it for our mindset discussion today. In our next episode, we'll start to look at how to transform your existing marketing as a head start and examine some tech that can help you do it with ease.
Thank you for joining me on this journey to empower wellness through tech. Good luck, and this is Sridhar Rayasam signing off for now."
