Engage in a Dialogue with Yiselle Santos Rivera to uncover the power of Intercultural Development Inventory as a catalyst for change.
Yiselle is an Architect, Principal and Global Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at HKS Inc. She is the founder of Women Inspiring Emerging Leaders in Design, or WIELD, and serves on the AIA National Board. She is passionate about creating platforms for other people to find their own voice, have curiosity without fear of failure, and test out how they want to show up with confidence. Yiselle is an activist architect and works to dismantle barriers, bring visibility to underrepresented designers, and encourages processes of co-creation to provide equitable access to care for all. She was named as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of DC by Women We Admire and is the winner of the AIA 2022 Young Architects Award. Yiselle is an advocate, thought leader, and trusted advisor. She is driven to infuse the design profession with empathy and consideration for people from all walks of life. Lastly, some fun facts about Yiselle, in high school she was considering going into ministry and is fascinated by theology and psychology.
