This week's guest is Taylor Cecil. His journey into holistic training began in 2007 after being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome from intense triathlon training. Seeking rehabilitation from Jan Catron (CHEK Australia), Taylor transformed his mind and body, learning the importance of balancing intensive training with restorative practices. Inspired, he pursued a career in holistic health, becoming a specialist in functional training. With 15 years of experience and world champion clients, Taylor is a Certified Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) Trainer, known for his detailed physical assessments and unique expertise.
