In this episode, Milton speaks with Elisabeth Wurm, a theater director, Enneagram teacher and IT recruiter from St. Louis. Elizabeth was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2015, which came with depression and anxiety, and most recently diagnosed with brain cancer. She discusses her journey trying to navigate this as well as the Enneagram work she’s done in the past 10 years. As an Enneagram Type Two, she talks about how she leaned into the Type Eight space to advocate for what she needs and into the space of her security number Four when she’s feeling secure in being alone.
