Jessica Dickson does life empowerment coaching and consulting at the intersections of the Enneagram, antiracism, and embodiment for individual and collective liberation. Jessica shares the importance of this work and why she does it. She discusses why we should learn to listen to our bodies and how we relate to our body identity, so that we can move through the world. Part of the inner work Jessica is doing for herself is choosing to rest to avoid burnout and incorporating that into who she is and her work. She explains why taking time off one week every month is one of the biggest gifts she’s given herself.
