What's Poppin' Fam! Welcome back to "Don't Touch My Mindset," the podcast designed to uplift, inspire, and motivate you while providing the tools to protect your mindset. I’m your host, Jay Chase, and today we’re diving into episode 14 of Season 6. We’re gearing up for our season finale next week, so let’s focus on mastering goal prioritization for mid-year progress.

Quarter Two Check-In

As we near the end of Q2, it's time for an honest assessment of our progress. Are you on track? If not, now is the time to recalibrate. Remember, respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you.

The Seven Equities of Life

To identify growth gaps, evaluate these seven areas of life:

  1. Mind (Mindset)
  2. Body (Health and Diet)
  3. Spirit (Spirituality)
  4. Intimate Relationships (Family and Close Friends)
  5. Networking Relationships (Colleagues and Professional Networks)
  6. Career (Professional Growth)
  7. Finances (Wealth and Legacy Building)

Rank each area from 1 to 5 to see where you need to focus.

How to Prioritize Your Goals

  1. Think Big: List 50-100 goals you want to achieve.
  2. Timeframe: Categorize goals by 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years.
  3. Focus: Identify the most crucial goal on your 1-year list.
  4. Action Plan: Break this goal into manageable steps and create a detailed plan.

Example: To become a licensed real estate agent:

  1. Buy a real estate course
  2. Complete and review the course
  3. Schedule and take the exam
  4. Find a sponsoring broker
  5. Market yourself
  6. Start selling houses

Building Your 90-Day Action Plan

Map out the next 90 days around your key goal. Include self-action, self-care, and self-learning. Act swiftly while motivation is high.
