At age 32, Hollie Grub decided to take charge of her health and get on a path to health and wellness by becoming a guest at the Hotze Health & Wellness Center. It turns out, her underlying problem was a low thyroid. The thyroid gland is located in your neck, and it's shaped like a butterfly; It produces thyroid hormones that are secreted into the blood stream. The thyroid then circulates throughout your body and enters every cell in your body because all cells require thyroid hormones to produce and use energy. It's important for your body to produce adequate amounts of thyroid hormones: The whole secret to good health is having high energy, as we learn today from Hollie's story. For more information on thyroid hormones, check out Dr. Steven F. Hotze's book, Hormones, Health & Happiness at www.hotzehwc.com/dr-steven-hotzes-books today!
