As we continue to rebuild the city of Houston after the destruction of Hurricane Harvey, Dr. Steven F. Hotze, M.D. and founder of the Hotze Health & Wellness Center breaks down why you’re fatigued, not thinking clearly, stressed out and more. There are some things you can do now before coming in for an appointment at the Hotze Health & Wellness Center, like cleaning up your eating lifestyle: Anything in a package, box or simple sugars, carbohydrates – just eliminate them. No need for sugar highs, sugar lows and gained weight. Eat a lot of greens, of course, with a meat, 6 to 8 ounces is just enough. This is a paleo eating program, which is completely different than what the FDA suggests. Be sure to take plenty of Vitamin C to boost your immune system, which plenty of people will need as they clean the mold in their homes. Then, Dr. Hotze expands on the growing of mold and other allergens throughout Houston and the surrounding area, what to do about it and how to eliminate it safely. On Saturday, September 16 at 12 PM , Dr. Hotze will be hosting a meeting in the Katy area to provide listeners with both legal and health advice moving forward after Hurricane Harvey. For more information, visit www.Facebook.com/HotzeHWC. Also, visit www.second.org to learn more about volunteering, donating or requesting for help.
