My own sudden health crisis derailed the interviews I had set up with amazing women, but, like paddling through an endless impact zone, I knew I had to keep going! This episode is me interviewing me - awkwardness and all - and telling my own story of transformation, TMI included. It definitely mirrors my surfing - moments of inspiration and flow, a lot of paddling around, and questionable timing. Thank you for paddling out with me!
