We watch “The Impossible Astronaut” (Series 6, episode 1) where the Doctor sends out picnic invites to witness his murder by Neil Armstrong? Buzz Aldrin? Tom Hanks? Anywho…whilst said killing is going on, Rory rocks some awesome cargo shorts, Amy breaks the cardinal taboo of speaking in the restroom and River skips out of paying her tab. Oh! And the Doctor shows up to take them all to America circa 1969. It’s timey wimey people. So come for this seasons’ premiere and stay for the moment where an annoyed Steve finds out this is a two-parter! Then a delighted John gets his wings.
