As a fitness trainer and the founder of Body Inspired Fitness—the largest and longest running outdoor fitness program in Santa Monica, CA—I always thought you had to kill yourself in every workout and live in "food jail" to get a hot body.
Then, on Saturday, May 12, 2012, my life changed forever.
This epic experience (shared in this episode) not only changed how I eat, but it changed how I live, how I move, and what my body looks like.
I realized that the only way to become truly healthy and look hot is to experience JOY as much as possible. And THAT is exactly why I created the Eat.Drink.Sweat. podcast.
I want to disrupt what you think is healthy.
I want to encourage you to slow down, stop doing workouts you hate, start eating cheese and bacon, drink wines you never knew existed, explore new places… and completely redefine how to live your life.

This podcast will be different all the time. Every episode will highlight and dig into one aspect of what makes a truly great life, week, day, or moment.
It will offer interviews with chefs, winemakers, yogis, farmers, entrepreneurs, butchers, authors, cheesemakers, therapists, tech nerds, designers, productivity freaks, artists, and so much more.
Through this podcast, I’ll release (for FREE) my popular audio workouts and audio stretching series, allowing you to get a crazy fit bod in very little time without staring at a screen, paying a dollar, or leaving your house. Plus, it will be here that I will share my stories, tips, tricks, research, philosophies, hacks, and inspiration on how to learn to define and live your own successful, serene, and delicious life.
