Perhaps you experience anxiety or stress. Feelings of nervousness just before a meeting or social gathering. Maybe you’re uneasy about a first date or simply overburdened with life in general. Breath work encompasses various techniques that incorporate intentional use of the breath. Basically, you can learn to regulate the flow of breath to balance the body and mind. In today's episode, I'll talk about three of the many breathwork techniques I employ on a daily basis to help me not only in my daily life, but also to pull me closer to God.
