This week I sit down with British Adventurer Alastair Humphreys on the podcast. Alastair has completed many epic adventures including cycling around the world, sailing the Atlantic and walking across India. In 2012 he became National Geographic Adventurer of the Year. He is also the author of 9 books and has become responsible for the movement 'microadventures'.

In this week's episode Alastair drills down into his career path, but also what the world of Adventure has taught him in life.
