Insanity is doing the same thing expecting a different result. So when you think back to the time that you were healthiest and happiest, what were you doing? What changed to make the adverse happen? Whatever it is, retrace your steps. Try something new to get to that place again. You may surpass your goals if you are willing to do things differently.
