Interview with Erin Riley, Author of "A Dark Force"
Manage episode 377442814 series 3458435
On today's episode, Sarene chats with Erin Riley, a narcissistic abuse survivor, music-industry veteran, and author of A Dark Force.
Although both of her ex-husbands demonstrated narcissistic behavior, it was Erin’s second marriage that drove her to document her abuse. This documentation ultimately became her self-published memoir, A Dark Force. Erin credits the writing of her book as her primary source of therapy following the end of a 20-year relationship with her narcissistic abuser.
Throughout our discussion, Erin provides wisdom on emotional abuse from someone who has been to hell and back, mixed with a healthy dose of humor.
