On today's episode, Sarene chats with Tina Hamilton of the Healing Parent. Tina is a teacher by profession, but she has transformed her experience as an educator and a certified trauma-informed mentor into a thriving career as an inner child healing and parenting coach. Through her work, Tina has discovered that many people who have been susceptible to emotional abuse are ones who never had the opportunity to acknowledge and heal from core childhood wounds.
Together, we discuss micro-traumas, childhood emotional neglect, and the inner child, and how healing our inner child can help us all obtain a more emotionally healthy life.
