Coming from a place of humility, they share that this is an informal conversation where they discuss opinions that are based on experience and research and are not absolute facts.

Some leaders connect with emotions and are charming while others are angry and unable to apologize. Having conversations about what a famous leader's Enneagram type and Subtype could be is one of the ways we learn about what those types are all about. It’s not about being right, it's about marshaling evidence and having fun while developing an understanding of the nuances of different Subtypes. As leaders, any type with a low level of awareness in a position of power can act out in negative ways, which is why Bea and Uranio work so hard to raise consciousness.
