Have you ever felt an inner tug of war between your emotional reactions and your innate desires? Today we’re going deep into how it really is to juggle this internal conflict and how understanding your emotions are one of the essential ingredients to creating alignment between the different parts of you. We explore the weight and role guilt and self-forgiveness plays in finding alignment with our true self, recognizing how our beliefs, fear of failure, and emotional reactions can influence our decision-making process and goals.
