Diet Culture is running rampant in today's society and it's contributing to keeping the gender gap very much alive. When a woman doesn't feel confident in their her skin, it impacts every area of her life and how she shows up for it.

In this episode Violetta sit's down with Kristen Ales who specializes in disordered eating and body image. Kristen is a licensed therapist and founder of Wilder Wellness Co.
