One of the most common mistakes I see coaches make is they try to copy the path that somebody else took to succeed even if it goes against how they’re wired. Don’t get me wrong, you should definitely follow certain systems if you want to replicate results, but the majority of your business needs to be molded to your own strengths and your goals so that you are aligned without any unnecessary friction. In this episode, I brought my friend Graham Cochrane on so he could share with you how to make sure you get this critical step of alignment in place so that everything you do is an expression of your vision.
