If asked, I will generally say that my favorite season is pumpkin season. I’m not a nut about it, but I do enjoy a good pumpkin-spiced, everything. Do you? On this episode of Happy Healthy Meals, I chatted about the meals of the week and also about how eating seasonally is super important.
