Herb Stratford is the program director for the Mendocino Film Festival and Film Fest Tucson. He was previously the program director for the Napa Valley Film Festival and a guest programmer at the Sonoma International Film Festival. He is also a documentary filmmaker, film critic and historic theatre consultant.
