This is it - this is the final episode in our 5k training series, culminating with live recording during the actual race, which took place Sunday, October 28, 2018. It was a beautiful morning to run and we had a fantastic weekend altogether - it was Baba and Weworo's first time for so many things: Kentucky Fried Chicken, a plane, seeing a mall and supermarket. A big weekend for little girls from the 'countryside'! And also a big weekend to celebrate our accomplishments. It was incredibly difficult at times, but we (generally) kept smiles on our faces and finished as best as we could. Can't wait for next year!
