Should we workout on no sleep? Also, I got some new (used) olympic plates I used to incrementally increase the weight on all of my lifts. My workout consisted of hamstrings, back, shoulders, and finished off with biceps. We also talked about vaxxed soccer players in Europe and around the world dying from sudden cardiac arrest, myocarditis, pericarditis etc. and why. More at fezgarcia.com
