Dr. Jennifer Cory is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in private practice and 10 years in centers for addictive disorders.

Based in California, her specialties include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, maternal mental health, addictions, co-existing psychological conditions and chronic pain.

With a focus on supporting her clients’ fullest potential, inner strength and resiliency, Dr. Jennifer uses a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioral theory (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), integrative psychology, Heartmath, mindfulness-based stress reduction, neuro-linguistic programming, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, schemas (core beliefs about ourselves) and homeopathy.

Additionally, she uses interpersonal neurobiology, based on the work of Dr. Dan Siegel of UCLA.

In recent years, Dr. Jennifer has integrated the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and is currently a member of Inner Health Coalition, established by Dr. Joe and his team of health-care professionals and leaders.
