This is BJ, he is a doctor of Physical therapy in Colorado Springs... and yes we covered a lot of puns at the beginning and end of this pod. BJ brings a perspective that I find valid and important. in one part of the podcast he says something to the degree of "if I can come out of this with trauma, then anyone raised up in this will and has as well." We discuss purity culture, parenting, and most of all how we were raised to make everything a big deal. This is something that I have talked about with others and maybe on social media, but I think this is something that I want to explore more in the coming episodes with guests.
