On this episode of Food Allergy Talk, I welcome Alyssa Bauder, Founder of All Things Allergies, a Spokin Ambassador and a CFAAR Research Assistant! Today we will discuss with Alyssa her journey living a life with food allergies, All Things Allergies, as well as how she became a Research Assistant.
Alyssa Bauder is a 24-year-old graduate student navigating The Windy City of Chicago, Illinois with a life-threatening peanut allergy.
As a doctoral student in clinical psychology and research assistant, Alyssa is using both her personal and professional interests to bring awareness to the intersectionality between mental health and food allergies. Welcome to The Hivey League!

Her passion for the community had turned into her life’s purpose and she is now pursuing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with intersectionality of these topics.
