It's March meaning that there are many themes happening - Nutrition Month which we've covered before, but it's also Social Work month, Addictions month, Neurodiversity month and I want to talk about all of them, as well as throw in some props for Sleep. Christie Mellan, Addictions Counsellor and Social Worker from CAF Health Services joins me to talk about all these interconnected themes and helps make sense of things that can often keep people from recognizing their need for or feeling like it's okay to reach out for, help.
If you or someone you know is on the fence about tackling issues around mental health or addiction or both, this is a conversation you will want to hear.
