Today, we're going to highlight one of our most successful and profitable flip projects of 2021. 4525 Churchill Ct. in Colorado Springs is located in the Broadmoor district, a prestigious and well-maintained community dotted with multiple million-dollar homes. The owners were originally using it as a rental, but due to the hardships of the pandemic, they were facing foreclosure. They were forced to put the home on the market and evict their tenants, and in the tenant's anger, they vandalized the property in an attempt to get back at the owners. MOST We acquired the home for just under $600,000 in the summer, and through the last two quarters of 2021, contractor issues, and just the general surprises that come when flipping a home in that condition, we were able to turn what had been deemed a "little slice of hell" into someone's potential dream home!
