In this episode of Research Round-up, I share 3 research studies all having to do with teenagers.

I discuss a study exploring the relationship between anti-social behavior in teens and altered brain function.

I also look at a study which observed the relationship between exercise or a lack of it and sleep habits, quality and length in teens.

Last, I look at a study strongly indicating obesity as a risk factor for depression and anxiety in children and adolescents.

If you are a parent of teens or someone who works with them, this episode is for you!

If you know someone who is a parent of teens or works with them, this is also for you (and them!)

As always, your thoughts are welcome!
