This week we start with talking about Jacinda Ardern and burnout - what a great leader she has been and even greater for knowing when to give yourself and break and being honest about that.
TV this week is The Last of Us - dystopian future based on a computer game - so far so good - Kelly gives a reference to Happy Valley because, let's face it, it's the best programme on TV at the minute.
Shonda Rhimes of Grey's Anatomy fame is our Fox of the Week - a great leader and another honest role model.
Nicola's follow this week is for @theirishfor on Twitter, a nice lil account.
Finally, we talk about Dolly Parton's new 'rock' album which seems to be full of ever 'rock' song ever and ever rock star still living - think Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks.
Enjoy. xx
