After Milt introduces the show and Mia counters his anti-psychology rhetoric and they then discuss what their show is all about, he speaks about their 2 relationship booklets, The Get Over Yourself! Handbook on Cheating and Betrayal and The Get Over Yourself! Handbook on Creating Happiness in a Relationship, before he mentions how summer is his favorite time of year and that the show will be an exploration of getting in shape for hot summer nights and some of the rules and guidelines for doing it together as a couple, including exercise and dietary tips.

Mia recommends doing something you enjoy as a first step, “If you can get to the water, swimming is the best, you forget about how fat you are or your legs rubbing together when you walk. Swimming is one of the best ways to get in shape without feeling the weight of your body, which makes exercise even harder.” Milt asks about the gym and Mia says, “People that like gyms are usually analytical, they like to measure how many calories they're burning and use machines they fight against, but for me, Nature is the best because of the uneven conditions and that you're outside breathing fresh, clean air; walking in the sand is so good for you, too, the wind and uneven surface, the water and smell of the ocean or beach, and you're in harmony with the Source; when you're indoors, you're watching a screen and you're nervous comparing and competing against everybody.” Milt interrupts, “Do you think you can get the same level of workout outdoors as you do indoors with machines?” Mia replies, “They are different, and for different people, but for me, the best exercise is outdoors, because more than anything, you are receiving the energy of our Mother, which gives us light, happiness and health. In the gym, you're using the same machines that everybody else does, sweat and whatever, and no matter how hard they're cleaned, you can never really clean them properly.”

Milt then asks, “What about diet? What are some general dietary tips you'd recommend?” and Mia responds, “The Number One thing everybody needs to do is drink more water. We don't drink enough water as a society, so put a little lemon in your water and avoid kidney stones, and don't use plastic bottles, which are poison to your body and the planet. Another thing is juicing; if you don't have time to cook, make a juice, put all your greens in a blender or juicer and you'll see how wonderful you feel afterwards. Take advantage of what the season is giving you, fruits and vegetables, but try to support your local farmer's market, or grow some your own, it isn't that hard and it makes you appreciate the whole process of what it takes to produce food.” Milt then asks what shouldn't they do, and Mia says, “Avoid animal products, refined and fried foods as much as possible; those are the greatest poisons in our life. We love fried foods and once in a while you can do it but learn to bake things rather than deep-fry. And don't tell me it's so expensive to buy organic, it's a lot more expensive to get sick!”

Milt reads an email, from a woman who, with her BF, wants to lose weight but won't take the skinny pills he is taking. Mia says, “If there really was such a pill, that person would be a trillionaire! Those pills make you lose water, not fat, which you'll gain right back. The best way is slowly and consistently, find the right diet and exercise and be consistent.” Milt reads another, from a woman who's husband wants her to have surgery on her vaginal lips. Mia replies, “How absurd, in our mouths we want bigger lips but down there, we don't! But if you do it for him you won't be happy, though if you don't, every time you have sex, you'll be conscious about it; if it was me, I would say 'no, I am not changing just for you'.”

Milt reads one from a guy who's new GF really smells down there and is holding off oral sex 'cause the smell is so strong. Milt adds first, “This is a matter of perspective, Napoleon demanded Josephine stay unbathed for him, and some men love a strong smell.” Mia says, “It has to do with your diet: what you eat comes out in your smell, too much meat or unbalanced Ph causes problems, and those packaged douches don't help. Maybe you should try some whipping cream instead, or you both take a shower together where you can pleasure her there; also, not enough water can cause a strong scent.”

Milt reads one last email, a myth, from a woman who is dating an Asian guy and wants to know if it's true Asian men have little dicks. Mia replies, “It's a myth, and they say in bed, the Asian is often harder than other races, but really, size can be overcome with technique and lots of foreplay. Some men look small when soft but grow large, but worry more about how he treats you which is the most important thing.” Milt then speaks of their booklets and together they sum up the show and close it out.
