Educator, author and parent champion Michelle Mitchell joins us on GET REAL to talk about how families can support their teenagers who are hurting themselves through non-suicidal self-injury, which we’ll refer to as self-harm in this episode.

Michelle's written a book, called Self Harm - Why Teens Do It and What Parents Can Do To Help to assist families to tackle this distressing and often isolating situation.
