Ashley Cantley explores the question of whether being thinner leads to happiness. She shares her personal journey and the impact on her mental and physical well-being. After experiencing significant weight gain due to pregnancy and grief, Ashley embarked on a keto diet to lose weight. However, she found that while she felt thinner, she felt gross on the inside and struggled with the restrictive diet. She then turned to Natalia Rose's Detox 4 Women book and focused on cleansing her body through juicing, enemas, and colonics. Ashley discovered that feeling lighter and healthier made her happier, but being thinner alone did not get her to happy.
