A question I often get asked is;

“What are your “Tips” for ridding anxiety?”

This episode I share the MOST important “tip” that you need to learn, when it comes to removing/reducing anxiety.

My hope is that at the end of the episode you’ll;

  1. Start taking notice - if there are any patterns with your triggers
  2. You’ll start schedule some time to write through some past feelings and start acknowledging them
  3. You’ll have some inspiration to find “your thing” through dissection of your deeper why
