Have you ever feared speaking up when you knew you had something important to say? Or maybe you are like me, and you have struggled with the fear of public speaking?

Well, this week’s guest on the Girls 4 Greatness podcast addresses these issues and much more when it comes to communicating effectively. This week I am sitting down to chat with Hope Timberlake. Hope is a speaker, trainer, and coach who focuses in on the communication side of leadership. Hope is passionate about persuasive messaging, relationship building, executive presence, developing others, and elevating the voices of women and those underrepresented in leadership. Hope is also the author of the soon to be released book, Speak up, Dammit! How to Quiet Your Fears, Polish Your Presence and Share Your Voice.

In a nutshell, Hope and I are talking about all things dealing with communication. In our conversation Hope shares her wisdom around what effective communication looks like, as well as how that can lead to deeper connection. Hope also offers some fantastic tips on how to communicate more effectively with our kids, and she also speaks about the importance of not waiting until you have everything perfectly figured out to speak up.

This episode is packed full of wisdom to empower us all to communicate with more confidence and intention.
