In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli talk about how you can reduce the risks of getting injured on the trails to keep you riding for years to come! We also continue our skills topic of cornering, this episode we focus on Pressure Control and pumping.

Our shout out this episode goes to the impressive lady group Women of Oz NWA out of Bentonville, AR. This crew has a membership of over 3K riders!! They host monthly flagship rides that sell out (150 cap) every month and they also host clinics, events, and are huge community builders. Janet got to ride with our friend Jess Hana who is a MTB coach for Women of Oz and is one of their ride leaders. As Janet says, Jess rips!
