In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli have 3 special GLOW guests with us to talk about their experience and knowledge around adaptive riding. Our dear friend Skye Kerr, an adaptive rider and T4 paraplegic, Kim Bean is on the Board of Directors at Green Mountain Adaptive and a VMBA ambassador, and Mary Bouchard, a Vermont Adaptive super volunteer for over 20 years. Skye shares her personal story of her accident and Kim shares her perspective from witnessing the accident and supporting Skye not just that day but getting involved and working together to navigate all the complexities that follow both health wise and in the pursuit of getting back in the saddle. We talk broader scope as well in the adaptive industry - trail access, equipment access, changes over the years, what’s to come in the future and how to get involved! For our bikes parts and pieces segment as promised from last episode, we talk more about the brakes, this episode we focus on the rotors and pads.

Our shout outs go to these incredible adaptive organizations doing incredible work making access and advocacy for our community a reality, we are so very fortunate to have these folks doing such important and meaningful work and paving the way for a better and improved future.
