The hypnosis session in this episode is inspired by an episode of the show Hoarders, which popped up in my youtube feed. We'll use the metaphor of cleaning out a house, taking all the old stuff, clearing space to live now, rather than letting all our old things rob of us the ability to move comfortably through our homes and through our lives, as a way for your unconscious mind to clear out some of the mental and emotional "clutter" we all carry. Let your imagination run wild, as you hunt through drawers, closets and cupboards, looking for whatever symbolic mental junk your unconscious mind is ready to help you clear up today.
As this episode is a hypnosis journey, please listen in a time and place where you can get comfortable, close your eyes, and safely shut out the world for a little while.
