One of the most important life skills is sales. You might have to sell a product, a service, or sometimes yourself. You can talk about features and benefits, price vs. cost, and discuss the real problem vs. the perceived problem. There are many aspects to sales that go into making it successful. However, the biggest indicator is when you get the PO. The check. The cash. That makes the transaction official. That closes the deal. Before that happens, however, usually there is a "gonna get." I'm gonna get this or that—the same thing in life. We are gonna get that boat, or that car, or that business. The truth is there are a lot of gonna gets in life with only a few POs along the way.
