Similar environments landed Bryan Seddens and Michael McRoberts in the same place - prison. The exception is one was convicted and sentenced for a crime that he didn't commit, while the other had murdered someone and understood why he was imprisoned. Seddens used violence as a coping mechanism while McRoberts used his time playing basketball, reading and self-reflecting. Having served 31 and 33 years, respectively, each man now is again on the same path but this time using their voices to try and stop young men from making the same mistakes that they did growing up.
