One thing that Bryan Seddens does not shy away from is the fact that every day is an adjustment for him. After spending 31 years in prison for a crime that he didn't commit, he has had to reprogram his thoughts, his actions and his ways. How you move and react in prison, is not the same as a free man and he is slowly but surely understanding that. Bryan also has realized that his path to growth is to go back to his childhood and remember how and what affected him and what ended him in prison in the first place. Hear his fascinating story on this episode of Growing Up On Death Row At 17!
